A patent is an exclusive right for an invention, which can be a product or a service that generally enables people to do something in a new way or provides a state-of-the-art solution to a problem. To obtain a patent, technical details of the invention must be disclosed in the patent application.
The patent system is designed to promote unique and socially beneficial inventions. Patents for inventions that meet constitutional requirements are granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Our mission is to make the patent filing process rapid and seamless. Our patent searches are thorough and come with a legal opinion. We work with highly qualified and experienced independent licensed patent lawyers. When you choose our services, we conduct a full patent search and provide a legal opinion about whether your innovation concept is patentable, which will help you decide whether to explore it further.

A provisional application is a patent application that grants you patent pending status for one year. Before the one-year period expires, you must either file another provisional application or submit a non-provisional application to maintain your patent pending status. A non-provisional application is a patent application that not only provides you with patent pending status but also enters the queue for examination by the USPTO.
